Role and Responsibilities
• Trainers: Responsible for delivering high-quality, adhering to the institute’s curriculum and maintaining regular communication with students and staff.
• Administrators: Responsible for overseeing scheduling, coordinating between departments, and ensuring smooth operations of classes and other administrative functions.
• All roles must maintain thorough, accurate, and organized records as required for each position.
Professional Conduct
• All employees are expected to maintain professionalism, uphold ethical standards, and create a respectful work and learning environment.
• Confidentiality must be maintained regarding all institute operations, including student data, financial information, and proprietary materials.
Confidentiality and Data Privacy
• Employees must treat all student information, financial records, and proprietary content as confidential.
• Sharing any institute materials, student data, or financial information outside the institute without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
• Any materials created during their employment are the intellectual property of the institute.
• Employees may not use institute-created materials for personal gain or share them with external parties without written permission.
Compensation and Payment Terms
• Compensation is based on the agreed rate for each role, with payment terms specified at the time of contract.
Performance Evaluation
• Employees will be evaluated periodically to ensure performance aligns with institute standards.
• Feedback and constructive suggestions are encouraged to maintain and improve the quality of services.
Liability
• The institute is not liable for personal damages, injuries, or losses that employees may incur while working remotely.
• Employees are expected to conduct all online and remote activities responsibly and securely.
